1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using The Synergy Group platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

2.1 Membership Tiers

We offer two membership tiers: Essential (£15/month) and Premium (£20/month). All memberships include access to events and 3 monthly credits.

2.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Credits System

Active members receive 3 credits per month. Credits can be used to:

• Feature events (1 credit)
• Access premium listings

Credits do not roll over between months and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Events

5.1 Event Submission

Members may submit events for approval. We reserve the right to reject any event that does not meet our quality standards or community guidelines.

5.2 Event Responsibility

Event organizers are solely responsible for their events. The Synergy Group acts only as a platform and is not liable for event content, cancellations, or any issues arising from events.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content are owned by The Synergy Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Synergy Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
